Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after you place your order. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder to be sure. If it's not there either, please let us know. We'll be happy to help you figure out what's going on!
Some items are personalized or hand-painted. It is possible that our production department needs a little more time to make your order. This time is needed to make your order completely to your wishes, so it is not possible to speed up the delivery time. We always mention the delivery time with our souvenirs and promotional gifts.
Did you not receive a track & trace, but the amount was debited? Then your order was successful and will be delivered within the delivery period.
A common reason for not receiving the track & trace is a typo in your email address. Because of this, you may not receive an order confirmation. However, this does not affect the shipping of your order; your package will still be delivered on time.

The steps below describe how ordering works.
There are several payment methods available. For all these payment methods we use payment provider Mollie. Mollie meets the strictest requirements for the safe processing of payments.
Payment Methods
Here you will find an overview of all payment options in your country, so you can choose which one you like best.
Ideal
By far the most popular payment method in the Netherlands. This payment method is available to anyone with a Dutch bank card. With iDeal you can settle the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment. Via iDeal we also have an immediate confirmation of your payment and we can process your order immediately.
Paypal
PayPal is always available as a payment method. After ordering, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can then confirm the payment to Klompjes.com. Please note: the order is only final after you have been redirected back to Klompjes.com. If your internet connection crashes during the payment process, please contact our customer service so that we can help you further.
Credit Card
We also offer easy payment with Visa or Mastercard. Our payment process is SSL-encrypted, so your data cannot be intercepted by third parties and is therefore completely safe. The amount is immediately debited from your credit card as soon as the order is completed. Payment by credit card is always possible.
Please note that occasionally (especially for large accounts) it can take a little longer to validate the credit card. This can cause the delivery of the order to take 1 to 2 working days longer. But don't worry, this is normal in the online business.
Klarna – Pay now
You choose the option 'Pay now'. If it is the first time you order with 'Pay now', you fill in your IBAN. If it is the second time, your purchase will be completed within a few seconds: no cards or readers required. If you have notifications enabled in your app, you will see a confirmation of your purchase and your payment.
Klarna – Pay later in 30 days
The 30-day payment term starts as soon as the purchase is shipped. This means you can take your time to try out your purchase. So you only pay for what you keep. You can easily pay in the app with iDEAL, or, once your bank account is securely linked to the app, with one click.
Klarna – Pay in 3 installments
'Pay in 3' is an alternative to traditional credit without interest, where it is possible to pay for your order in 3 equal parts. Payments will be automatically debited from the registered credit card or linked bank account every 30 days until the order is paid in full. You can change your registered card or bank account in the Klarna App!
Riverty – Pay later
The 30-day payment term starts as soon as your purchase is shipped. This means you can take your time to try out your purchase. So you only pay for what you keep. You pay by first entering your date of birth. And then verifying your mobile phone number.
As soon as you order, you will immediately receive an invoice for this order. However, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change the invoice details. As soon as the order has been shipped, this is no longer possible. The fastest way is to report changes to the invoice by telephone.
You can pay for your order afterwards with payment method Klarna or Riverty. Your order will be made and shipped immediately, but you have 30 days after the order to pay.
Not completely satisfied with your items? Returns are no problem!
Through us return portal you can easily indicate which item you want to return. For our return portal you need the order number and your zip code. This information is on the invoice with the package or on your e-mail confirmation. You can find the return portal here.
If you receive a damaged or unordered product, please contact us first. Please contact our customer service before returning it to us.

Returns
All items except personalized or printed items can be returned within 14 days. Klompjes.com can unfortunately only accept returns that are undamaged, unworn and clean. Items must be in their original packaging. Klompjes.com can only accept returns if they are sent within 14 days of delivery.
Klompjes.com does not reimburse shipping costs for items that you wish to return (not even if this is based on the right of withdrawal). Klompjes.com advises you to request a proof of shipment when sending your package. Until the moment that Klompjes.com receives your package, it is your own risk. Klompjes.com cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
In addition to returning an item or order, you can also use the right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of your order. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, which you can here can download.

The handling after the revocation is the same as in the case of returns. The right of revocation does not apply to personalized or printed items.
If you have already paid for the order, the amount paid will be refunded. If you have not paid yet, the payment obligation will lapse. The amount paid will be refunded within 10 working days at the latest.
