You can easily upload your own logo, text, or design. We prefer vector files like AI, EPS, or SVG for the best quality. Don't have one? No problem: PNG, JPEG, or even PDF are also fine.

3. What if I don't have a design?

Don't worry! You can easily add text in the editor or use an existing template. Have a specific idea but no detailed file? Upload what you have and we'll help you out.

4. Will I receive a proof before you start production?

For large quantities of personalized products, you'll receive a digital proof within one business day. You can review and approve it at your leisure before we begin production.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

After you approve the proof (if applicable), we'll begin production immediately. Your order will usually ship within 4 business days. Need a quick delivery? Please contact us – we're often happy to help.

6. Can I order both small and large quantities?

In many cases, you can order a single personalized item, but we also offer products with a minimum order quantity for events, corporate events, or promotional gifts. For large quantities, we're happy to provide a customized quote.

8. Will the design be exactly as I see it in the editor?

9. Can I change my order after I have placed it?

As long as the order hasn't gone into production yet, we can often still make changes. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be changed.

10. Can I order a sample product?

Yes, in many cases you can order a sample—personalized or unpersonalized. This is useful for larger projects or corporate branding. Please inquire about the possibilities.

11. What if my logo/text doesn't fit properly?

Our editor automatically checks if the design stays within the safe margins. If you're unsure, just upload it; our studio will always review it and contact you if anything is wrong.
