Yes, for most products—such as tiles, wine glasses, beer mugs, champagne flutes, and cocktail boards—you can create your own design with our user-friendly design editor. You'll immediately see what your item will look like. If your product doesn't have a design editor, we'll guide you step by step through the ordering process.
You can easily upload your own logo, text, or design. We prefer vector files like AI, EPS, or SVG for the best quality. Don't have one? No problem: PNG, JPEG, or even PDF are also fine.
Don't worry! You can easily add text in the editor or use an existing template. Have a specific idea but no detailed file? Upload what you have and we'll help you out.
For large quantities of personalized products, you'll receive a digital proof within one business day. You can review and approve it at your leisure before we begin production.
After you approve the proof (if applicable), we'll begin production immediately. Your order will usually ship within 4 business days. Need a quick delivery? Please contact us – we're often happy to help.
In many cases, you can order a single personalized item, but we also offer products with a minimum order quantity for events, corporate events, or promotional gifts. For large quantities, we're happy to provide a customized quote.
Absolutely. Your files will be processed confidentially and used solely to personalize your order.
We do our utmost to ensure the result matches your design in the editor as accurately as possible. Minor color variations may occur due to material and printing techniques, but we always ensure a clean and professional final result.
As long as the order hasn't gone into production yet, we can often still make changes. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be changed.
Yes, in many cases you can order a sample—personalized or unpersonalized. This is useful for larger projects or corporate branding. Please inquire about the possibilities.
Our editor automatically checks if the design stays within the safe margins. If you're unsure, just upload it; our studio will always review it and contact you if anything is wrong.
